Patrick Broderick Joins DaVita

TORRANCE, Calif.

DaVita Inc. announced today that Patrick Broderick, 45, has joined DaVita, Inc. as Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary.

Prior to joining DaVita, Mr. Broderick served as General Counsel to COR Therapeutics, Inc., which he joined in 1999. Prior to joining COR, Patrick held various positions with McKesson Corporation, one of the nation's largest healthcare supply and information companies. Mr. Broderick earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English, summa cum laude, from Harvard College where he was a member of Phi Beta Kappa. He earned his JD degree from Yale Law School where he served as an editor of the Yale Law Journal.
