DaVita Kidney Care Welcomes Eric Severson as Chief People Officer

DENVER, May 24, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- DaVita Kidney Care, a division of DaVita Inc. (NYSE: DVA), a leading provider in kidney care services, is excited to announce the hiring of Eric Severson as the company's new chief people officer.

Severson has 15 years of executive level human resources experience with Gap Inc. where he proved himself to be a top innovator for leading talent practices in the workplace. Most recently, he served as the co-chief human resources officer and SVP for Global Talent Solutions. Prior to Gap Inc., Severson spent nearly 10 years at Macy's in employee and labor relations and store operations.

Severson earned a bachelor's degree in English from Penn State University and a master's in English from Arizona State University.
